Making a return is simple. If you are not 100% satisfied with your LUMO product, return it within 30 days of receipt and in saleable condition for a refund or a like-for-like exchange. Please note, we cannot offer exchanges, repairs or alterations on sample sale garments. We can only accept returns for products purchased directly from lumo.cc, if you have purchased from one of our retail partners then they must arrange your return or exchange.
If you are uncertain about your purchase when it first arrives please keep it in the original packaging until you have decided whether or not you wish to keep it. All returns should be in ‘as new’ condition, both unwashed and unused. When returning items to LUMO, please make sure that the product is well packaged and protected from damage in shipping and with all original components (battery pack and charging lead where applicable).
If you would like to exchange your purchase for another size please follow the steps in the section ‘How to make a return’. If you would like a different product, please use the same process to return the item for a refund and place a new order.
LUMO and our manufacturing partners are committed to delivering high quality products to you, and every product is subject to quality control checks at our factories. From time-to-time manufacturing faults can and do happen though. If you think your product has a suffered a manufacturing fault please contact us. Items that are damaged as a result of excessive or long-term usage are not considered faulty. Returned items that have been worn should be laundered before return, or it may result in your product being returned to you.
LUMO products are covered by a 60 day warranty from date of purchase. Should your LUMO Glow product develop a fault beyond the beyond the warranty period, we will offer to repair your product and will only charge you the labour and shipping costs to do this. Either way, all you need to do is to contact firstname.lastname@example.org stating:
- Your name
- Date of purchase (NB for any items bought from a retail partner, please provide a scan of the receipt)
- Description of the problem
We will then send you a returns form to print and include inside your returns parcel along with a shipping label to attach to the outside of the parcel and details of how to arrange the parcel return. If there is anything else you think LUMO should know please add it to the returns form.
How To Make a Return
To make a return simply email email@example.com with the following information:
- Your name and order number
- Which item(s) you would like to return
- Which item(s) you would like to exchange it/them for (if applicable)
We will then send you a returns form to print and include inside your returns parcel. If you are a UK customer, we will also send a shipping label to attach to the outside of the parcel and details of how to arrange the parcel return. Please note, we do not cover return postage for overseas customers. If there is anything else you think LUMO should know please add it to the returns form.
